Contract conditions

The
reservation:
The
reservation will be effective once 30% of the total
amount has been charged either by credit card or bank
tranfer. The difference will be paid in cash at the
checking-in. Prices for 1 or 2 people involve the
use of 1 bedroom, 3 or 4 people (2 bedrooms), 5 or
6 people (3 bedrooms). Non used bedrooms will remain
closed.
A
guarantee for apartment care is required at the checking
in. Such guarantee will be based either on a valid
credit card number or a deposit of (€300) to
be paid at the checking-in as a guarantee of care
of the accomodation. Once, the housekeeper checks
that no damages or theft of objects of the accomodation
have been performed the deposit will be returned.
If there are damages or objects theft, the deposit
will be kept as funds to fix damages and return objects.
Minimum
rental time is 3 days.
Please,
when you make your reservation, indicate the estimated
arrival time, so the housekeeper will be at the accomodation
when you arrive. Contact the housekeeper in advance

The
house:
Sheets,
blankets and towels are provided.
The
Kitchen is completely equipped.
Although
the premises has been especially prepared, if there
is any inconvenience you can contact the housekeeper
when you need help. Phone numbers are in the email
sent to you once the reservation has been made effective.

Do
not hesitate to contact with us at any of the telephone
numbers given at any time.
Arrival
time will be between 4.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. If you
cannot arrive in this period, please let us know as
soon as possible. If the arrival has not been made
before 10.00 p.m. and did not be advertised, the reservation
will be considered as cancelled.
According
to the Spanish law of rentals, downpayments are considered
as part of the payment for the rental and will not
be returned in case the tenant decides not to occupy
the accomodation.
Cancelation:
Only,
for cancellations produced at least 30 days before
the check in date, half of the money paid for the
reservation to be effective will be returned, minus
30 euros by cancellation costs.
