Normally there is a minimum 3 night booking requirement, but we are happy to consider requests for shorter booking where availability permits. Please check with us for those special cases. There is no maximum booking requirement. Bookings are subject to availability. 3 - How do I make a reservation? There are four easy steps you have to follow to place a reservation: Select the apartment

will not be held until you make the reservation payment. To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental charge is required. The remaining balance (30%) shall be paid by the client in CASH or Credit Card upon arrival. Please remember that we will not hand in the keys until we receive the full rental payment!. Please, remember that all of our prices are in EUROS.
The remaining balance (70%) is payable on arrival at the apartment in CASH (EUROS) or through Credit Card. 6 - Do the prices include taxes? Yes, they do. All the prices listed in our web site are in EUROS and after taxes. 7 - Am I required to pay a security deposit for the apartment? Yes, you are required to pay a CASH ONLY security deposit of 100 EUROS upon your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment. 8 - How and when do I get the keys to the apartment? You do need to indicate your apartment estimated arrival time at the request for reservation form. If you can not provide us with this information during the booking process, do not forget to contact us prior to your arrival. One of our representatives will meet you at this pre-arranged check in time in the apartment and will give you the keys. We will also provide you with a phone number where you can contact us in case you get lost or you need to inform us of a change in your schedule. 9 - How long does it take from the moment our plane lands to the apartment? Normally, it will take between 1 hour and ½ to 2 hours. The ride from the airport in a taxi is about 45 minutes. If you prefer to take the subway it will take you around 60 minutes. 10 - What are the check in and check out times? Check in: 4:00 PM onwards Check out: 12:00 AM The apartment will be available at 4:00 PM or after, pre-arranged at a mutually convenient time. Normal check out time is 12:00 AM. Please request late check out prior to arrival and we will try our best to accommodate to your needs. 11 - What is the maximum occupancy? The maximum occupancy is 6 people per apartment. You are responsible for not exceeding the maximum occupancy and you can be ask to leave the property if you overlook this requirement. 12 - Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water? No, there are no additional charges for gas, electricity or water. 13 - How often are the apartments cleaned? The rental includes the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost and includes a complete change of towels and sheets. Please let the housekeeper know if you need to request this service. 14 - Is there an extra charge for cleaning? There is no extra charge for normal cleaning as this is included in the preparation fee. There may be a charge if the apartment is left excessively dirty. We expect you to leave the apartment tidy without any excessive dirt. 15 - Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment? Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. 16 - What happens if I break something? Please call the housekeeper as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to try and fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision if whether there is any charge incurred. 17 - What if I need help or information during my stay? The housekeeper will be available to answer any of your questions during regular business hours. Outside business hours you can also contact us in a case of emergency. 18 - Can I cancel my reservation? If you do need to cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-book the apartment and refund your deposit. As a general rule, we do not refund reservation deposits on cancellations. In those cases where you give us notice in advance, every effort will be made to re-book the apartment and if a new booking is found for the same rental period a refund of the booking deposit will be issued. Last minute cancellations (those requested less that 72 hours prior to your check in) or those requested after the client has already used the apartment are not subject to any kind of refund. If the cancellation is requested with less than 72 hours prior to the check in, the client will be responsable for the total rental amount. There is no exceptions to this rule. 19 - Do you provide cots and high-chairs? Yes, subject to availability, we can provide a cot and a high-chair at no extra cost. Please do not forget to make note of it in the reservation form if you need a cot or high-chair. 20 - Are pets allowed? In general pets are not allowed. 21 - Do the apartments have telephone? The apartments do not have telephone, but we can provide you with a Spanish cell phone for an additional cost of 20 € a week. You can load the cell phone with your credit card. 22 - Do the apartments have internet access? Our apartments do not have internet access, but they are all located close to internet cafes.
