Between the Casa de Campo (ancient hunting fields of the Spanish
Royal Family) and the Puerta del Sol (historic centre of the Madrid
Villa) is the Patriarca Eijo y Garay colony (where the apartment
is located). It also belongs to the Madritian district of Latina.
Such quiet and noiseless Barrio is well communicated with all Madrid
city through Subway (Alto de Extremadura) and many bus lines. It
is the ideal place from which you can visit all Madrid and surroundings.
Close to the zone is the typical Madrid of the Austrias, the Royal
Palace and gardens and a great commercial street (Paseo de Extremadura).
The Teleférico, starting at the close Casa de Campo will take you
all over Madrid in a an aerial visit, going from the natural environment
of the Casa de Campo pine forest to the city heart of the Paseo
de Rosales.

The apartments are all equipped with three bedrooms, living-room,
kitchen and bathroom in 90 m2 and 115 m2 respectively. They are
all furnished (refrigerator, washing machine, closets,...) and has
been recently reformed. Maximum capacity: 6 people each.
